This top came together quickly. The instructions were clear except for the pocket facing part. I found that confusing. This was my first Style Arc pattern so I relied on the sizing chart for the size but I found this top too roomy. It’s ok for a casual top but next time I would make a smaller size.

I loved this pattern, as all the patterns I have purchased from Style Arc the fit was perfect for me. I made two in fine polarfleece.
The only alteration I made was to the collar which was too wide for me, I reduced by 9cm on the fold, which also suited the fabric.
Easy to make, great pattern thanks Style Arc

I really wanted to like this pattern, but it is quite different from what it looks like in the illustration. I’ve made it with fleece and sweater knit. The shoulder seam lands between the elbow and the shoulder, not near the top of the shoulder as shown in the illustration. And the neck opening is very large. I’ve made adjustments to the pattern. I’ve even made it two sizes smaller but it still looks big and a bit sloppy. My other Style Arc patterns are great, but this one didn’t work for me.

I’m not a particularly experienced sewer but found this easy to follow and fairly quick to make. I had read reviews that the neck was very wide so I narrowed by 1″ both sides, and removed from the centre of the cowl accordingly. I added 1.5 to length of sleeves and body (5’9″ with long arms) but didn’t actually need to. I would probably slightly shorten the bottom band if I make it again as it very slightly kicks out. Made in 300 weight knit/hi loft fleece, even for the pockets, and worked well.
