I’m in between sizes so I used the smaller size and left out the front darts. So, the size 6 for my 34″ bust without the from darts was a perfect fit. The adjustments I made were as follows…I shortened the front frill to just above my waist so that I could tuck the blouse into my pants without the added bulk. I widened the sleeves to add volume as I wanted a puff at the shoulders and gather at the cuff. I also lengthened the cuffs. The bodice fit for my shoulders was perfect. The length was easy to shorten, as I’m 5’2″. The collar is rounded which is a great option. I decided to make it pointed, a simple adjustment. I know this will be a perfect classic shirt pattern for me.
