Violet Knit Jacket = FUN!
I used a sueded scuba which is tap dancing on the very edge of too heavy; but I live in Canada and I love me some warm and cuddly silhouettes and fabrics. I will for sure be making a few summer versions – perfect for over a lovely sunny summer dress inside an air conditioned office. SO many options with this pattern!

I really love the shape of this jacket and the design lines. Very well drafted. I chose a french terry with too much stretch, and my seams are wavy, but I will definitely make it again with a more stable knit. It’s a cool silhouette, nice variation on a straight cardigan, and is long enough to cover my butt to wear with leggings. It’s also pretty simple to sew as long as you mark your A-B-C-D points and pay attention.
