Loved this pattern except for the gusset. Didn’t know about the video and struggled with trying to insert the gusset so I left it out!! Looks and feels fine.. I will make it again.

A gorgeous design.
I agree with some of the comments about the sleeve cuffs being too tight. I made it in a washed linen and is beautiful to wear but I don’t lift my arms up too often.
I will make this again but will widen the cuffs.

I really liked this top shape but I found the sleeve width and over arm length could do with adjusting and a bit restrictive, when you lift your arms the hem does lift but the top has enough length not to show any flesh!
I will be making this again

I like the sleeves and cuffs on this top. I found the video tutorial extremely helpful.
I plan to make another but this time I will finish all the edges before I sew it together.

I have just finished making the Wilma top, it looks nice, it wasn’t too difficult, after watching the you tube tutorial. The only downside it is very restrictive when moving your arms, the gusset doesn’t allow enough movement, looks odd when you lift your arms.

I made this in a quite thick linen, similar colour as the model picture. I really like the finished garment, but I think I made it a size or two to big. It has a quite loose fit. I will make it smaller next time. One thing to beware of is to have enough fabric. I found the patternpieces to big to cut on fold, so I had to cut one piece at a time. The construction is pretty straight forward, once you figuere out where the gusset goes (and not do as I did the first time – sew it into the front dart.. ). Style Arc has a video on Youtube how to sew the gusset. All in all I am very happy with it and I will make it again.

I made this in a linen, really like the sleeve detail. It ended up quite big around the neck even though I went down a size. I will probably make it again but will cut the neck a lot smaller but overall am happy with it.

I really liked the look of this top and wanted to love my finished garment, but found that the sleeve cuffs were too tight, which made it difficult to lift my arms. The fabric I used was a loose weave linen, meaning it was too difficult to unpick and loosen the sleeve pleats. I would have ended up with holes everywhere!
I’ll try this pattern again and make the sleeve pleats looser which will hopefully make the sleeves more comfortable.
