Don’t know if you’ve heard ftom other disabled sewists, but several of your patterns are the cat’s meow!
Another pattern company advertises themselves as being especially cognizant of those of us in wheelchairs. They are not! Don’t get me wrong; I like them and find value in their offerings, but you are superior. I’ll explain.
You need more room in the middle in a wheelchair. But you cannot simple add an extra-full skirt, or (at least here in windy Texas) you will find the risk of the skirt billowing up over your head very high. I don’t want my pushing-70 business on display for all the world to see, especially as there is so much of it. You can propel yourself or hold your skirt down, but not both.
That blessed pegged skirt solves that problem! I was struggling to draft a simplified Koos version, because I don’t want to spend months working on a house dress. You solved my problem.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
