In general I like your styles and I’m happy with the finished result but the pattern needs editing. Like the previous reviewer I was confused by the fact that there were no *s marked on the pattern fronts as referred to in the instructions. I had to undo parts of seams after working out where the *s should have been.
Apart from this the garment was a fairly quick and easy project, although I didn’t make the shirred version. I’m about to make another dress from the same pattern and expect this to be easier now that I understand how to sew the front panel

First time trying StyleArc and first time doing shirring! With silk no less. Very happy with outcome. I’m much more used to vogue patterns but the description and blog covered any questions I had. The notation may not be what I am used coming from making the big 4, but then I expect every company to have its own unique way of communicating. Very pleased with the dress and it was a quick sew. Omitted the side zipper as didn’t need it to get it on or off. I always likes to save a zipper where it is possible.

I like your dresses but your patterns aren’t always so good. For example, you refer to * in the Philomena description but there are no * on the patterns.
