End result is ok if a little boxy fitting.
But the instructions are so sketchy! I had just made a kid’s polo so used the other designer’s instructions for the placket, there just was not enough detail.

I really like the pattern, but agree that the instructions for the front opening could be clearer. Also, I made the long sleeved version & the sleeve was very (& i mean very) long. I’m reasonably tall & had to take about 10 cms off the length.

The final result is lovely, but there is a crucial part unclear in the instructions.
When sewing the placket, stop stitching at the NOTCH at the bottom of the placket, not all the way at the end like the illustration shows! `Then snip only to where you stopped stitching.
I had to recut the whole front, because I did not realise until after I snipped 😭
